These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of the website, products and services offered by Manage My Plot, a unit of TDE Buildtech Private Limited (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). Scope of Services
Services include Plot Cleaning, Plot Maintenance, Plot Inspection, Fencing, Precast Compound Walls, Compound Wall Construction, Property Monitoring, Khata Registration & Transfer Assistance, Property Documentation, Site Supervision and related services. Service availability may vary by location and project feasibility.
Quotations
All quotations are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change after site inspection, measurement, material selection, statutory requirements or changes requested by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers shall provide accurate information, lawful access to the property, ownership details where required, necessary permissions and timely approvals. The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.
Payments
Advance payment may be required before commencement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices shall be payable on or before the due date. Delayed payments may attract suspension of services and applicable interest where permitted by law.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests shall be subject to the Company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Work already executed, site inspection charges, mobilization costs, statutory fees and third-party charges are generally non-refundable.
Project Timelines
Completion timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, labour availability, material supply, statutory approvals, customer delays or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Government Services
Khata, property documentation and related services are dependent upon the relevant Government Authorities. The Company does not guarantee approvals, timelines or outcomes determined by statutory authorities.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, documents and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of TDE Buildtech Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, copying or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant service. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, property value, business interruption or opportunity.
Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees and representatives against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from the customer’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, civil disturbances, transportation disruptions or shortages of labour or materials.
Website Use
Users shall not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication on the website.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
